Our client, a respected project management firm located in downtown Dallas, Texas, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team in a full-time, onsite capacity. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to support daily HR operations, enhance employee engagement, and contribute to a thriving organizational culture.
In this role, you will administer employee benefits–including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k)–coordinate onboarding processes, maintain accurate HR records, and serve as a key resource for both employees and leadership. Your expertise will help foster a positive employee experience, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support continuous process improvements.
HR Generalist Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 5 to 7 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration and HR best practices
- Experience coordinating onboarding and orientation programs
- Working knowledge of employment laws
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR record management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy
HR Generalist Nice to Have Skills:
- PHR or SHRM certification
- Experience within the project management or professional services industry
HR Generalist Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years in a human resources role, with comprehensive benefits administration experience
HR Generalist Other Requirements:
- Must be able to work fully onsite in Dallas, Texas
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and reporting tools
